Mr. Abdullah Baghdadi
A senior expert in financial management, administrative leadership, and strategic planning, with over 35 years of experience.
Today, he leads Rikaz Consultancy from Damascus toward sustainable growth and international relevance, guided by clear vision, deep expertise, and uncompromising professional standards. Mr. Baghdadi is recognized regionally for his work in financial systems development, digital transformation, and corporate restructuring to enhance efficiency and maximize return on investment. He has successfully led major transformation projects using SAP S/4HANA and Odoo ERP across Saudi Arabia and Turkey. He has held senior leadership roles in diverse sectors including food manufacturing, industrial production, contracting, real estate development, retail, and more. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Damascus University and an MBA in Financial Markets from the Arab Academy in Jordan, in addition to a leadership and entrepreneurship development certificate from the ILM Institute in the United Kingdom. He believes leadership is built on empowerment, team development, and disciplined execution, ensuring long-term financial and administrative transformation.
